Driver was the lone occupant of the vehicle
On Oct. 30, 2016 at approximately 7:30 a.m., Elk Point RCMP members with assistance of emergency services responded to a single vehicle collision on Range Road 582 and Range Road 50 northeast of Elk Point. A semi-truck was travelling northbound on Range Road 50 when it rolled into a ditch.
A 28-year-old lone male occupant from Ontario was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The name of the deceased will not be released.
