Cold Lake RCMP have arrested 34-year old Michael Kyle Jordan Daniels who was wanted on outstanding warrants.

On April 23, 2019, at approximately 10:30 p.m., RCMP received a tip from the public spotting Daniels walking down highway 897 in which police officers attended and were able to safely make an arrest without incident.  Daniels had various tools used for breaking and entering on him at the time of his arrest.

Daniels was arrested on 10 charges which include:

  • Break and enter with intent to commit an indictable offence x 5
  • Possession of instruments for the purpose of breaking and entering
  • Mischief over $5000 x 2
  • Mischief
  • Possession of stolen property over $5000.00

RCMP would like to thank the public and media for their assistance in this matter.  No further updates will be provided as this matter will be before the courts.
