Man Ticketed after Passing Out at Local Business

On February 6th, at 7:00 pm, RCMP received a 911 call of an intoxicated male at Frames N’ Things on 50th Avenue in Cold Lake. The male was reported to be refusing to leave the doorway and becoming aggressive. RCMP attended and located the suspect passed out in the entrance of the business.

A 56 year old male, from Cold Lake First Nations, was arrested and taken to the detachment, where he was lodged in cells until sober the next day. He received a ticket, under the Gaming & Liquor Act, for being intoxicated in public and having open liquor in public.
