Three Wanted after Shots Fired in Goodfish Lake

St. Paul RCMP investigate aggravated assault – Update

Following continued investigation into an aggravated assault that occurred on March 11, 2017, the St. Paul RCMP have identified three more suspects in this occurrence.

On March 11, 2017 at approximately 8:30 p.m., St. Paul RCMP responded to a shots fired call near a residence in Goodfish Lake. A vehicle was rammed off a road into a ditch by another vehicle. The victim who was driven into the ditch was then pulled out of the vehicle and assaulted with a weapon by a number of suspects. During this altercation, a single shot was fired into the air by one of the suspects. The victim was not shot but did suffer serious non-life threatening injuries and was transported to hospital in Edmonton.

 

The St Paul RCMP is seeking the help from the public to locate the following three additional suspects:

 

  • James Tory JACKSON a 40-year-old from Goodfish Lake is wanted for Aggravated Assault and Possession of weapon for dangerous purpose
  • John DELVER a 25-year-old from Goodfish Lake is wanted for Aggravated Assault and Possession of weapon for dangerous purpose
  • Adrian CARDINAL a 27-year-old from Goodfish Lake is wanted for Failure to comply with a recognizance x 2, Possession of weapon for dangerous purpose, Mischief damage to property

 

One man had previously been charged in relation to this incident; Bryan Hunter, a 27-year-old from Goodfish Lake, Alberta was arrested and charged with aggravated assault and failing to comply with court orders (X5).
