Centrefield hits it out of the Park

Debut of music festival a Home-Run…Sells Out in under 24 hours.

Perhaps it’s fitting that St. Paul’s new music festival goes by the name ‘Centerfield Music Festival,’ because in less than twenty-four hours the festival has announced a sell-out and Grand-Slam success.

WIN TICKETS ON LCN. Everyone who donates to Curtis Hargrove’s 24 Hour Runathon for KidSport will be entered to WIN a pair of weekend passes. Draw Live Saturday, March 4th, 2017. Donate online now, lakelandconnect.net/curtishargrove
Ticket-sales opened at 10:00am on Thursday, March 2nd both online at the official event website (www.centerfieldmusicfestival.com) and via retail outlets set up at the Town of St. Paul office and event sponsor Northern Source Rentals – both experiencing line-ups up to an hour before the start of sales. In total, 2800 of the festival’s limited time two-day passes were purchased from across Canada – one enthusiastic concert-goer snapping up tickets from as far away as the state of Nebraska.
‘We are ecstatic, and honestly a little bit overwhelmed – in the best possible way,’ explains Co-Producer Keynon Ternovoy. ‘We were lucky enough to be in town yesterday, and seeing the line-ups even before tickets went on sale and the smiles on people’s faces when they bought their tickets was tremendous…we can’t wait for the show!’
The same sentiment was expressed by CCMA Fan’s Choice & Male Artist of the Year Brett Kissel, ‘This is so surreal…I’m so excited…this is amazing, to have such an incredible response and sell out in under a day – we’re so thankful. This show and that weekend back home is going to be unforgettable – – I can’t wait!’

Kissel will be joined by 17-time CCMA award winner and acclaimed songwriter Carolyn Dawn Johnson. Friday’s stage features classic rock icons Trooper and one of Canadian country music’s most popular entertainers, Aaron Pritchett.
More exciting artist, festival service, and weekend announcements will be released in the weeks leading up to the event. Additional event information is available at www.centerfieldmusicfestival.com, and will be updated regularly as more exciting news becomes available.
