Two Men observed stumbling & fighting near sailboats

The Cold Lake RCMP received three calls on September 17th around 5:45 pm regarding two men who were observed stumbling and fighting on Highway 28 near the sailboats south of the city. When the police arrived, they found the suspects intoxicated and arrested the pair.

A 21 year old man, from Chilliwack, BC, was arrested for breaching conditions. He has since stood in front of a justice of the peace, where he was remanded into custody until his next court appearance on September 28th.

A 43 year old man, from Cold Lake, was also arrested. He was found to be intoxicated and was taken into custody until sober and then released with no charges.
