Break and enter sees over $8K of items stolen; Vermilion RCMP ask for information

Vermilion RCMP are asking residents for any information they may have about a break and enter in Derwent where over $8000 worth of items were stolen.

Police said they responded on Oct. 28, where a shed was broken into and an Ingersoll Rand Generator with a light tower was stolen along with a 42 inch TV.

The value of the stolen items was estimated at over $8000 and the perpetrators would have committed the offence sometime between Oct. 26-28, RCMP said.

Police are asking anyone who may have seen the generator in the photo attached being pulled by a vehicle in the area on Oct 26-28, 2020 or has information, to contact the Vermilion RCMP Detachment at 780-853-4441.
