Stepping Stones Crisis Society is pleased to announce the appointment of Kim Reed as Chief Executive Officer. Ms. Reed brings a wealth of leadership experience and a strong commitment to community service to Stepping Stones Crisis Society, and will assume responsibilities immediately.
Ms. Reed joins Stepping Stones with an extensive background in leadership, program development, and community-focused services. With over 25 years of experience in the Lakeland area, Kim brings a wealth of expertise in Child and Family Intervention and community advocacy to her role as CEO. Her career highlights extensive frontline and supervisory experience within Children’s Services and the local school systems, where she has built a long-standing reputation for supporting families through high-pressure crisis environments.
Kim is recognized for her professional, well-spoken demeanor and her ability to maintain a calm, human-centred approach in complex situations. Her diverse background ensures she is deeply attuned to the unique needs of a rural community and the people she serves.
