It is with profound sadness that the family of Michel Alan Foley announces his passing in Medicine Hat, Alberta, at the age of 55 years.
Michel is lovingly survived by his twin daughters, Mikayla Rose Foley and Lola Monique Foley, who were the centre of his world and the greatest joy of his life. His devotion to them was steady, wholehearted, and unwavering.
Michel had a lifelong passion for truck driving, taking great pride in the work and the independence of the open road. He enjoyed the company of family and friends, always happiest when surrounded by the people he loved. Michel appreciated a good laugh, and his easy humour and warm presence brought comfort and lightness to those around him.
He is also survived by his special friend, Melinda Kovach, and her family; his parents, Ken and Ruby Foley; and his siblings: Don Foley, Candace Cumby (Greg), Julie Bellamy, Melissa Foley, Sheldon Foley, Ledale Kolody, Jim Foley (Danielle), and Debby Lemieux (Armand).
Michel is further survived by his father, Michele Beaulieu (Theresa Charlo), and his siblings: Noonee Sanspariel, Layla Charlo, Sylvia Charlo, Toncha Charlo, and Boniface Charlo; along with numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends who will hold his memory close.
Michel’s quiet strength, gentle nature, and deep love for his family will be remembered always.
