The Clayton Bellamy Foundation for the Arts has been awarded ,400 through the Alberta Foundation for the Arts (AFA) Arts Presenting program.
The funding will support the Foundation’s ongoing work to bring live arts and cultural experiences to the Lakeland region. According to the Alberta Foundation for the Arts, the grant funding will be issued within the next four weeks.
The Arts Presenting program helps organizations present professional artists and performances while increasing access to arts and culture in communities across Alberta.
As part of the funding agreement, the Foundation is required to acknowledge Alberta Foundation for the Arts support in promotional materials related to eligible Arts Presenting activities. The AFA notes that organizations must meet its recognition requirements or risk reductions to future grant funding.
Eligible artist fees for the next application cycle may be claimed for activities taking place between November 15, 2025, and November 14, 2026, with the next annual application deadline set for December 1, 2026.
