With immense love and profound sadness, the family of Ryan Côté of Cold Lake, Alberta, share the unexpected passing of their devoted husband, father,son, brother, and uncle on Friday, May 15, 2026, at the age of 35 years.
Ryan was the heart of his family and a pillar of his community. His greatest pride and joy was his wife of 15 years, Kathy, and their six children. Ryan’s dedication to them extended deeply into the community of Cold Lake, where he was a constant presence on the sidelines, enthusiastically coaching, watching, and volunteering with his kids’ sports. He lived his life prioritizing his family and community, embodying a spirit of unwavering devotion and love. His peaceful presence and heartfelt commitment will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 30, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Riverhurst Community Hall, Cold Lake, Alberta.
Following the service, everyone who knew Ryan is invited to celebrate his life in the way he would want—with a game of soccer and fun.
