Organizers call on community to step up and be part of the big day
Elk Point is gearing up for Canada Day — and organizers are looking for volunteers to help make it happen.
Community members are invited to join the Canada Day Volunteer Crew and play a hands-on role in creating a safe, fun and memorable celebration for everyone.
How You Can Help
Volunteer opportunities include:
-
Manning activity and information booths
-
Supervising designated activity areas
-
Assisting with event setup and coordination
-
Supporting entertainment and guest services
-
Taking on leadership roles for those wanting deeper involvement
Whether you can give a few hours or take on a larger role, organizers say every bit of help makes a meaningful difference.
Canada Day is all about celebrating, connecting and bringing the community together — and volunteers are a key part of that success.
