St. Paul man charged with assault causing bodily harm in fight with minor
A 40-year-old St. Paul man is facing assault and threat charges after a fight with a minor.
On Saturday, Jan. 11, at approximately 8:00PM, the St. Paul RCMP received a report of males fighting near 52 Avenue and 53 Street.
RCMP say that one male had allegedly tripped the other, who is a minor, and started hitting him and uttering threats to him.
Police made patrols, found a male matching the description given by the victim, and arrested him.
Josiah Perry Clarke, 40, a resident of St. Paul has been charged with:
- assault causing bodily harm
- uttering threats against a person
Clarke was held for a judicial hearing and remanded into custody.
His next court appearance is set for Jan. 30, 2025.
