City residents can provide input on land near Brady Heights

The City of Cold Lake is looking for resident input on how the south side of the community should develop.

The proposed South Outline Plan looks to provide more details for specific parcels of land north of 54 Avenue and Brady Heights.

With image boards and tables set up, the open house is informal, from 4:00PM-7:00PM on the main floor of the Energy Centre.

Other topics like drainage concerns, proposed parks, and trail systems.

This is all ties into the existing Area Structure Plan.
