In Loving Memory: Ken McKinney – Northern Lights Funeral Chapel

It is with saddened hearts that the family of Ken McKinney of Iron River, Alberta announce his passing on Friday, June 7, 2024 at the age of 73 years.

Ken will be forever remembered and loved by his wife of 52 years Lois McKinney; son George (Cathy) McKinney; daughter Lisa (Chris) Friedt; grandchildren Tasana, Kenny, Scotty, Delaney; siblings Kate (Dean) Cumming, Darius (Craig) Matheson; as well as extended family & friends.

Ken was predeceased by his parents George & Ethel McKinney; brother Jim McKinney; sisters Carol McKinney, Sonia Matkin.

Celebration of Ken’s Life, Monday, June 17, 2024 at 11:00 a.m., Bonnyville & District Centennial Centre – C2 Field House. Interment to take place at a later date.

Memorial tributes in memory of Ken may be sent to Haying in the 30’s or the Bonnyville Cancer Clinic.
