On May 25, 2024 Mr. Melvin Callingbull of Salt Spring Island, B.C. passed away at the age of 48 years. He is survived by his loving partner, Maeghan Redpath; father, Bruce Cole; sister, Patricia Houle & her children, Alexis, Deanna, Jahnae, Jada & Jalen Job; grandparents, numerous aunts, uncles & cousins. Melvin was predeceased by his mother, Kathleen Houle; & numerous other relatives. A Wake will be held on Friday, June 7 (leaving Grace Gardens at 2:00 p.m.) at Goodfish Lake Cultural Centre, Goodfish Lake. A Traditional Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, June 8 at 11:00 a.m. at Goodfish Lake Cultural Centre, Goodfish Lake with interment in Hilltop Cemetery, Goodfish Lake.
