In Loving Memory: Darcy Mathes – Northern Lights Funeral Chapel

November 25, 1962 – May 24, 2024

On Friday, May 24, 2024 Mr. Darcy Earl Mathes of La Corey, Alberta passed away unexpectedly at the age of 61 years.

Darcy will be lovingly remembered by his siblings: Carol Morton, Gordon (Sarah) Mathes, Dale (Julianne) Mathes, Allan (Lisa) Mathes, and Kevin (Priscilla) Mathes; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Darcy was predeceased by common law wife: Lucie Normand; his parents: Vernon and Eva Mathes; sister-in-law: Adele Mathes, brother-in-law: Ardel Morton and nephew: David Morton.

Funeral service, Thursday June 6, 2024 at 11:00 a.m., Sandy Rapids Community Hall, Sandy Rapids, Alberta with interment to follow at Iron River United Church Cemetery.
