Celebrations are continuing this week in Cold Lake as the Royal Canadian Air Force celebrates a milestone of 100 years.
Today at the Medley Passenger Terminal, an open house invites residents to meet military personnel from 9:00am-3:00pm for the 4 Wing Open House.
A complimentary barbeque will be happening from 11:00AM-2:00PM for those who visit.
Residents can also keep an eye out for a parade on Thursday morning.
4 Wing members will march from City Hall through downtown to mark a long-standing tradition known as the Freedom of the City. This is happening between 10:00AM until noon.
It continues with a Fun Run and Wellness Walk on the 4 Wing runway on Friday morning with some healthy food provided afterwards.
