Police are looking towards the community to see if they have information on vulgar and offensive graffiti tagged on a children’s playground.
On January 28th, the Bonnyville RCMP received a report that vandals had sprayed vulgarity all over the play structure at the M.D. Willow Ridge community playground.
A night of criminal activity for one has turned into a labour intensive clean up for others, not to mention an entire neighbourhood of extremely disappointed children and parents, Bonnyville RCMP say.
Some of the phrases include a racial slur against black people, obscenities, and drug refences. Some are tagged with numbers and indiscernible marks.
Anyone with information on this “cowardly incident” is urged to contact the Bonnyville RCMP.
