Federation Engineering and Construction Joins Hands with C2, Giving Rise to the “Federation Engineering and Construction Climbing Wall”

In an exciting development, the C2 is proud to announce a transformative partnership with Federation Engineering and Construction, marking a significant milestone in the history of our climbing facility.  

Vicky Bird, Recreation Manager at the C2, enthusiastically shared her thoughts on this groundbreaking  collaboration: “We are thrilled to unveil the ‘Federation Engineering and Construction Climbing Wall.’  Thanks to the Federation Engineering and Construction’s commitment to our community, we are poised to take our climbing experience to new heights. This partnership is a game-changer for us and the entire  Bonnyville community.”  

Under this new partnership, the C2 is set to create a more accessible climbing experience. Jordan  Costley, Director of Projects for Federation Engineering and Construction, weighed in on the innovation:  “We are delighted to be part of this endeavor. The ‘Federation Group Climbing Wall’ will open its doors to all community members during our Open Climb Time, absolutely free of charge. Furthermore, we are  proud to announce the elimination of harness fees for users of the climbing wall.”  

This remarkable partnership not only enhances accessibility but also signifies a commitment to fostering a more inclusive and vibrant community. The ” Federation Engineering and Construction Climbing Wall”  embodies a shared vision of making recreational opportunities more accessible for all residents.  

To celebrate this momentous partnership, The Federation Engineering and Construction is hosting a  Spooktacular Family Fun Day at the C2 on Saturday, October 28th, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The event promises a day of excitement, with a FREE BBQ, bounce houses, and climbing, all in recognition of the beginning of this extraordinary collaboration. It’s an opportunity for families to come together and enjoy  the fantastic facilities offered by the “Federation Group Climbing Wall.”
