On September 28, 2023, Bronson “Boris” Hunter of Saddle Lake passed away at the age of 29 years. He is survived by his partner, Shanessa Bruno; 4 sons, Mister, Jeremy James, Maclin Dread & Josiah; mother of Mister, Charity Gadwa; grandma, Jeanette; mosom, Jeramie Houle; parents, Trevor Houle & Jody Hunter; step-father, Rico Menjivar; 4 brothers, Ian Brule, Angel, Ricardo & Matteo Hunter; 3 sisters, Ciarra & Elianna Hunter, Nina Waskahat; adopted sister, Tailya Cardinal; uncle, Tyson Hunter; numerous brothers, sisters, cousins, aunties, uncles & friends. Bronson was predeceased by his grandfather, Ernie Hunter; kohkum, Alma Marten; auntie/ mom, Tammy Hunter; uncle, Roland Hunter; & kokum, Rosie Houle. A Wake will be held on Thursday, October 5 (leaving Grace Gardens at 2:00 p.m.)  at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, October 6 at 1:00 p.m. at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake with Pauline Hunter officiating. Cremation to follow.
