It is with great sadness that the family of Christopher “Chris” Patrick Déry of Cold
Lake, Alberta announces his passing away at home at the age of 47 years.
Chris is lovingly survived by his daughter: Alexis Ritchie; mother: Patricia Déry; sister:
Chantelle (Ron) Wicht; nephews: Braeden & Logan Wicht; maternal grandmother:
Dorothy McKeage; aunts & uncles: Celine Déry (Missionary Oblate Sister), Cindy
(Gordon) Harper, Peter McKeage, Mike (Diane) McKeage, Sheila McKeage; as well as
numerous cousins.
Chris was predeceased by his father: Jacques Déry; uncle: Glen McKeage.
Funeral Service, Saturday, October 7, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Dominic Roman Catholic
Church, Cold Lake, Alberta with Father Limneo Zamora officiating. Urnbearers:
Braeden & Logan Wicht. Honorary Urnbearers: Wes Oudith, Brian Noel, Dave Bennett,
Crystal Gardiner. Final Resting Place, St. Dominic Roman Catholic Cemetery, Cold
Lake, Alberta.
