Comedians coming to Cold Lake on Ryder’s Comedy Tour

It’s comedy night in Cold Lake.

This Friday, Lakeland Connect is holding a signature event at 02’s in Cold Lake — it’s Ryder’s Comedy Tour.

Ryder, a former radio DJ in the Lakeland for three years, and continues to entertain on Play 107 in Edmonton, is hosting a lineup of some of the best local comedians the area has to offer.

Sterling Scott headlines this crew and is one of the rising stars in comedy. Winner of the San Francisco Comedy Competition in 2019 and appearing several times at Just for Laughs, the Edmonton-raised comic will bring his high-energy performance to Cold Lake.

Meanwhile Ryder is a national award-winning radio morning show host and has opened for the likes of Theo Von and Sam Morril.

Tesh is one of Edmonton’s premier break out comics, selling out consecutive shows with the Players Club Comedy Series and has toured across the country as a favoured opening act for some of the biggest talents in Canadian comedy.

And then as a special guest, there’s Lakeland Connect’s own Michael Menzies, who hosted the After Hours comedy show and does weekly one-liners on TikTok with his What’s Trending bits.
