Football not far away as practices begin around Lakeland

The action on the gridiron locally is set to resume this week.

Practices have begun or are beginning soon for high school and bantam teams in Bonnyville, Cold Lake, and St. Paul.

The Cold Lake Royals begin their first get-together on Wednesday, while Bonnyville Bandits football players got going on Tuesday night.
