With saddened hearts, the family of Frederick “Fred” Leon Law announces the passing of their beloved husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and brother on Thursday, June 8, 2023 at the age of 68 years.

Fred will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 47 years: Bonnie Law of Cherry Grove, AB; children: Tammy (James) Dill of Campbell River, BC, Cara (Josh) Reid of Fort McMurray, AB; grandchildren: Nolan Dill, Kaylin Reid, Karissa Reid (Landon L’Hommecourt); great grandchild: Xuri L’Hommecourt; brother: Marty (Sherri) Law; sisters: Pat (Darren) Sten, Debbie (Lindsey) White, Leanne (Dino) Snow; sisters-in-law: Henrietta (Albert) Grant, June (Ken) Blazy, Karen (Gary) Bohnet, Lorie (Gerry) Bond; brother-in-law: Dwight (Mavis) Perreault; as well as many nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.

Fred was predeceased by his parents: Ardell & Mary Law; parents-in-law: Henry & Eleanor Perreault; sister-in-law: Catherine (Ed) Grant.

Funeral Service, Friday, June 16, 2023 at 11:00 a.m., Cherry Grove Community Centre, Cherry Grove, AB with Bishop Stephen Wille officiating. Pallbearers: Nolan Dill, Landon L’Hommecourt, Henry Grant, Darin Rowley, Kevin Ayers, Josh Lyttle. Final Resting Place, Cherry Grove Community Cemetery, Cherry Grove, AB.

In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes in memory of Fred may be sent to the Alberta Cancer Foundation, 710-10123 99 Street NW, Edmonton, AB T5J 3H1.
