The Bonnyville Voyageurs put a bow on the 2022 campaign with their annual awards banquet on Sunday.

“It was another year that was. We had some players return to football after a year or two off and we had a couple of new to football kids. They all helped in their own way and made us a better team,” said coach Larry Godziuk.

“We are hoping that we have a strong recruiting drive that will enable us to get the on-field results that the players work so hard for and deserve.”

The Voyageurs went 1-4 during the regular season before bowing out to the Lloyd Comp Barons in the Wheatland Football League quarterfinals.
