The 116th Vermilion Fair kicked off Thursday morning with the annual parade.
With the theme of “Moving Forward,” many put the moo in moving and displayed cow related touches to their floats, some even donning inflatable costumes.
The Fair continues Friday and Saturday, culminating in a fireworks show.
