Bonnyville Sr. Pontiacs looking for 1st win after idle weekend

The Bonnyville Sr. Pontiacs are vying for their first win of the season Saturday night on the road against the Fort Saskatchewan Chiefs.

It’s just the third game of the season for the Sr. Yaks, who were idle last weekend.

On home ice, two weekends ago, the team gave Devon a tough competition on October 24 in a tight 2-1 loss.

Denis Cadrin has the scoring lead with two assists so far on the year.

Camrose sits first in the North Central Hockey League with 10 points in 6 games.

Bonnyville will play just one home game this month when the Morinville Kings come to town on Sunday, November 14.

Puckdrop is 8:15pm for the Sr. Yaks on Saturday.
