The Lac La Biche RCMP confirm that Shalawnda Monias has been located safe and unharmed. The Lac La Biche RCMP would like to thank the public and the media for their assistance.

Police in Lac La Biche need your help to find a missing teenage girl.

On Oct. 25, 2021, at approximately 11:15 a.m. the Lac La Biche RCMP received a report that 16-year-old Shalawnda Monias went missing.

There is a concern for her safety and well-being. Police would like to speak with Shalawnda and are sharing the following details to assist in locating her. Shalawnda was last seen in Lac La Biche on Oct. 25, 2021 at approximately 4:oo a.m. It is believed she may be in the Edmonton area.

Shalawnda Monias:

  • 5’1” Tall
  • 110 lbs
  • Brown hair
  • Brown eyes

Last seen wearing white bell bottom pants and a black shirt.
