St. Paul RCMP seek public assistance for a missing person

The St. Paul RCMP need your help to find a missing man.

On Aug. 19, the St. Paul RCMP were advised that 22-year-old Justice Ernest Houle was reportedly missing. Justice was last seen in Edmonton during the month of July 2021 and there is concern for his well-being. RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in locating Justice. Police would like speak with him as soon as possible.

Justice Houle is described as:

  • Height: 6 foot 1 inch
  • Weight: 170 pounds
  • Black hair
  • Brown eyes
  • It is unknown what Justice would be wearing.
