Stolen John Deere packer recovered by Bonnyville RCMP

The Mounties have recovered a stolen John Deere packer on a rural property north of Bonnyville.

The Detachment Commander of the RCMP here in Bonnyville, Sgt. Kim Hillier told Lakeland Connect that on Tuesday, May 11, the RCMP took a report of a stolen John Deere packer, and where the packer was believed to be located.

“Members executed a search warrant and arrested 42-year-old Alfred Tizzard of LaCorey,” Sgt. Hillier said. “Police located the packer on Tizzard’s property.”

Alfred Tizzard is set to appear in court to face charges on May 27, 2021.
