Cold Lake Cruisers plan to fuel smiles this Friday night
The Cold Lake Cruisers car club has been around the for 21 years, and this Friday they will be fueling smiles to complete two drive past requests in Cold Lake North.
Their goal is to “fuel smiles” in the community, and Secretary Denise Pollard says it’s working.
“Anyone can join in any kind of vehicle,” Pollard told Lakeland Connect. “We simply post our route, departure, location, time and participants, including club members, and people show up. The number of participants varies from week to week.”
This Friday, May 14, the group will be departing from the Marina in Cold Lake at 7:00 p.m. and complete a planned route.

Pollard says the participants will then head south when route one is completed and complete two more drive past requests.

“If you have a drive past request please message us ten days before your preferred Friday,” Pollard said.
Due to the current AHS restrictions regarding outdoor gatherings participants are asked to please remain in their vehicles prior to departure, Pollard added.
“Have a great week Cold Lake,” Pollard said. “We look forward to seeing you Friday night.”
