Tanner Boser confirmed for July 25 fight
Tanner Boser’s return to the octagon has been quick.
After the heavyweight’s stunning knockout of Philippe Lins on June 27, Boser is set to face Brazil’s Raphael Pessoa on Saturday, July 25 after his initial opponent Justin “Bad Man” Tafa was forced out due to injury.
Boser will now head to Fight Island in Abu Dhabi just days after finishing his quarantine period from his fight in June.
This will be the Bulldozer Boser’s fourth UFC bout (2-1), and it looks like his last appearance has given the Bonnyville fighter some respect.
Epok Agency announced via social media on Wednesday that Boser signed another four-fight contract in the UFC.
Both Boser and Pessoa (1-1) have suffered defeats at the hands of Cyril Gane during their UFC tenures.
Pessoa is coming off of a win against Jeff Hughes in his last fight in October.
