The online store has released their rankings of the Most Romantic Cities in Canada using the purchases of romance novels (both print and Kindle editions), romantic comedies, relationship books, jewellery and sexual wellness products.
Bonnyville ranked 4th in the country based on sales data from 2019.
The numbers were based on a per capita basis in cities with more than 20,000 residents.
Fort McMurray was ranked first, ending a seven-year stretch of Victoria, British Columbia.
Other Alberta communities on the list were Grande Prairie ranked 7th, Calgary ranked 12th and Edmonton ranked 15th.
This is the 11th time Amazon has compiled this data.
