Lakeland Connect is pleased to announce that they have won the Community Involvement Award at the 2019 Business of the Year Awards. The award celebrates a business that gives back to the community in an extraordinary way.

Owner of Lakeland Connect, Jena Colbourne says this award means more than any others on the list. “It shows that what we set out to do in the beginning – to connect the Lakeland is working. Our goal has always been to connect people with the businesses, non-profits, volunteers, and people that make our region so amazing.”

Colbourne notes that without her team and business partner/husband, Chad, none of this would be possible. “We have the absolute best team. Each and every one of them are the best at what they do. They are incredibly passionate about their work and it shows in everything they do.”

“I would also like to thank all our viewers for coming back daily to read, watch, share and love our product.”

This is the second BOYA for the company, in 2016 Lakeland Connect won Most Promising New Business- Bonnyville.
