St. Paul RCMP respond to anonymous tip which leads to drug seizure and arrests
On July 31, 2018 St. Paul RCMP responded to an anonymous tip stating the location of a male known to be on warrants. Police attended the residence where the homeowner granted permission for police to search the property, and two suspects were arrested on site. Police located and seized a total of 25 grams of methamphetamine, multiple prescription drugs, marijuana, and a knife.
Luke White was arrested on outstanding warrants and appeared before a Justice of the Peace. White will be remanded until August 16, 2018 for Court in St. Paul. White’s charges include:
- Possession for the purpose of trafficking (X2)
- Possession of methamphetamine (Crystal Meth)
- Failure to comply with condition of recognizance (X6)
- Being unlawfully in a dwelling house
Heather Fox was arrested and after a Judicial Interim Release Hearing before a Justice of the Peace, she was released on a Recognizance with conditions to appear in St. Paul Court on August 16, 2018. Fox’s charges include:
- Possession for the purpose of trafficking
- Possession of methamphetamine
- Being unlawfully in a dwelling house
As the matter is now before the courts no further information will be released.
