Crime Report: Week of June 29

On Sunday, police arrested a 20 year old female after responding to a two vehicle collision on 51 Ave and 54 St in Bonnyville. She was charged with impaired operation and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle.  There were no injuries but both vehicles were undrivable afterwards.

RCMP are looking for a stolen quad after responding to a break and enter Wednesday at a residence on township road 595A near range road 455. The garage at the seasonal home was broken into. No further details about the quad is known at this time.

Bonnyville police arrested a 28 year old male after he tried to gain entry into his ex’s house on Sunday. The man was not allowed into the house and police were called. He was charged with three counts of breaching a recognizance, and one count of mischief. His court date is July 3.

A 57 year old male from Bonnyville was arrested and charged with mischief and trespassing by night when trying to break into into his ex’s house Thursday around midnight. There is no court date.

A 36 year-old male from Kehewin was charged yesterday morning on two counts of assault. RCMP responded to a call at 3:30 that morning for a domestic incident. He was subsequently arrested. There is no court date at this time.

A 20 year old male from Cold Lake was arrested Saturday evening in Glendon after a few suspected vehicles were stunting in front of a local business. Police were called because children were playing in the area around 5:00 pm. The suspect was charged with stunting.
