Bonnyville RCMP Investigate two Armed Robberies 7 Hours Apart

On April 26th at 11:20 PM a lone male wearing a balaclava entered the downtown 7-11 Convenience Store and brandished a handgun.
The male took and undisclosed amount of cash and cigarettes before fleeing the scene.
On April 27th at 6:35 AM a lone male pulled up to the Co-Op Gas & Convenience Store on 54th Avenue in Bonnyville, in a newer red, possibly stolen, Ford F150. 
Wearing a balaclava and hood over his head he entered the store, brandished a handgun and instructed the clerks to give him cash and cigarettes. He then fled the scene.
There were no injuries sustained in either Robbery and investigators are still determining whether the two might be related. 
The Bonnyville RCMP and Bonnyville General Investigation Section is asking any home owners or businesses located in the vicinity of either of these locations that has their own video surveillance to please check it for any activity that may be related to either of these offences and notify the Bonnyville RCMP if you feel you may have some information, video or other evidence to supply.
