Dog Agility is coming back to the Cold Lake & District Agricultural Society Riding Arena, on February 17 & 18, 2018. You’ve see it on TV, now view it live. Participants from the Lakeland and across Alberta & Saskatchewan will be competing for prizes and earning points toward national titles.
“You’re invited to watch purebred & mixed breed dogs maneuver over the walls, bridges & jumps, and through tunnels & hoops as directed by their handles,” David Tharle, Trail Chairperson, says there will be dogs big and small to watch. The PAWSitive Dog Sports Association is a local, not for profit community association in Cold Lake and the greater Lakeland region. “We will have adult & junior teams at the Intro, Novice, Open & Elite levels competing,” Tharle adds that the event is a North American Dog Agility Council (NADAC) sanctioned event.
“Bring the whole two legged family, pick some favourites and cheer them on!” the event is free for any person to attend. Tharle asks that the public does NOT bring any dogs that are not part of the show to the event.
