Three charged after being caught in stolen vehcile
On December 1st, a truck that was suspected to be stolen pulled up to the gas pumps at the Kehewin General Store to fuel up. The RCMP were alerted and attended. Subsequently three people were charged.
A 19 years old female, from St. Paul and a 37 year old female, from Kehewin, were charged with trafficking and property of crime. The charges relate to being in possession of stolen goods, with the intention of turning a profit from the goods.
A 32 year old male, from Kehewin was charged with trafficking and property of crime, as well as three counts of failing to comply with an undertaking. The male was set to appear in Provincial Court on December 8th.
The identities of the accused have not been revealed due to charges pending.
