RCMP & Peace Officers Conduct Traffic Safety Blitz
On July 14 & 15th, 2017 Cold Lake RCMP, St. Paul Traffic Services and City of Cold Lake Peace Officers conducted a traffic safety blitz on Highway 28 at Veterans Memorial Drive. A total of 130 tickets were issued during the 2 day initiative. Some of the charges laid include:
- 36 Seatbelt.
- 82 Speeding.
- 1 No Insurance.
- 1 Drive While Disqualified.
- 1 Warrant of Arrest Executed.
10 additional tickets were issued for other non moving offences.
