Cold Lake RCMP Active in the Community
Proactive approach brings results.
The members of the Cold Lake RCMP detachment certainly showed their support for their community this past weekend in many ways. The beautiful weather along with the increase traffic of vacation activity kept Cold Lake officers busy with calls for service, but many of the members still found the time to get out in the community.
“A proactive approach within our community always brings rewarding results” stated S/Sgt. Jeremie LANDRY of the Cold Lake RCMP. That is exactly what the members practiced this past weekend.
The members were involved in a range of activities that involved boat safety education checks on Cold Lake, foot patrols at multiple community locations and even managed to stop by a local lemonade stand to show their support.
Cold Lake RCMP members are looking forward to continuing to get out in the community throughout the summer.
