The St. Paul Emergency Response Agency has issued a weather advisory for the Region of St. Paul. According to the advisory,”conditions are favourable for the development of funnel clouds this afternoon.”
Residents are urged to watch for sudden or drastic changes in weather conditions, “treat any funnel cloud sighting seriously. Should a funnel cloud develop nearby, prepare to take shelter. These funnel clouds usually appear with little or no warning.”
