Iron River Shooting leads to Two More Arrests

Identity Theft, Misuse of Credit Card, Possession of Stolen Property, Possession of Cocaine & Meth and Breaches

On September 26, 2016 Bonnyville RCMP towed a truck involved in a shooting in Iron River.  A Search Warrant was executed on the truck and a multitude of stolen property was recovered including several Passports, Identification Cards and Credit Cards that do not belong to either occupant of the truck.

A 23 year old male from Bonnyville has been charged with 40 Counts and will appear in Bonnyville Provincial Court October 25th.

A 31 year old male from Bonnyville is being charged with 37 Counts and a Warrant has been requested for his arrest.

The offences laid against both males include Identity Theft, Misuse of Credit Card, Possession of Stolen Property, Possession of Cocaine & Meth and Failing to Comply.

Bonnyville RCMP had previously charged four people in relation to the Iron River shooting on September 26th, 2016.

At the time of this publication the charges had not been sworn against the accused, thus the identities of the accused could not be released. The identities can be obtained by the public on October 25th at Bonnyville Provincial Court when the accused are set to appear.
