Cold Lake Man, Arrested 3 Times in 2015 on Drug Related Offenses, Sentenced to Nearly 3 Years
On January 13th, Aaron Capp, of Cold Lake, was sentenced to two years and ten months following a string of offenses from three arrests over the past year. Capp also received a Lifetime Prohibition Order from owning fire arms.
Capp’s first arrest of 2015 came in March, at the time he was charged with nine drugs and weapons offenses. In August Capp was arrested again, in connection to a drug bust in Cold Lake. At that time, the 28 year-old was charged with breach of a recognizance (x 8) and possession of a controlled substance.
Capp’s final arrest, of the year, came on December 16th, at 10:30 am, after Cold Lake RCMP performed a traffic stop, on Highway 28, of the vehicle Capp was driving. Capp was found to be in breach of his undertaking for failing to comply wih conditions placed on him from a previous arrest.
On January 13th, 2016 Capp received the following sentence:
- Possession For the Purpose of Trafficking (Cocaine)- 1035 days, DNA Order, Lifetime Firearms Prohibition Order.
- Possession For the Purpose of Trafficking (MDMA)Â – 1035 days, DNA Order, Lifetime Firearms Prohibition Order.
- Possession of Weapons While Prohibited – 1035 days, DNA Order, Lifetime Firearms Prohibition Order.
