Cole Graver Has Been Apprehended
The Bonnyville RCMP Detachment, along with the Cold Lake RCMP Detachment are reporting that 25 year old Cole Graver has been apprehended and arrested.
On January 3rd, 2016 at approximately 10:50 PM, the Bonnyville RCMP Detachment received a Crime Stoppers Tip regarding Cole GRAVER who was wanted out of Cold Lake, AB. Bonnyville RCMP Members attended a residence in the town of Bonnyville and executed a warrant to enter the residence believing GRAVER to be inside.
Upon entry two police located two people who stated that GRAVER was not in the residence, however search of the residence located GRAVER hiding from police and he was arrested subsequently. The 56 year old male and 16 year old female were arrested for Obstructing the RCMP Members. The 56 year old male was released without charges. GRAVER and the 16 year old female were transported to the Bonnyville RCMP Detachment were investigation revealed that both were chargeable for several offences.
The 16 year old female was charged with Obstruction, Possession of Stolen Property and Failing to Comply with Conditions; she was released on bail by a Justice of the Peace.
GRAVER remains in custody after refusing to speak to a Justice of the Peace to appear before a Provincial Court Judge on January 5th, 2016 for charges of Possession of Stolen Property and three charges of Failing to Comply with Conditions along with the charges from his warrant issued by Cold Lake RCMP.
*Update: Graver was denied bail by the Provincial Court on January 5th, 2016 and will be remanded in custody, in Edmonton, while he awaits further court dates. His next court appearance will b be January 13, 2016 in Cold Lake.

In addition to the charges related to the December 22, 2015 incident, which involved a car chase with police, Graver was charged with an outstanding warrant of Possession of Stolen Property from 2014.
