BONNYVILLE – The Bonnyville Chamber has always been dedicated to the economic development of the Lakeland region, and our Bonnyville & District Oil & Gas Show is a major part of that commitment. After more than a decade of bringing our local energy sector together, we are excited to announce a fresh new look. Today, we officially launched a redesigned logo and a brand-new website to better serve our exhibitors, sponsors and attendees.
The show has grown significantly since the early planning days of 2010 and our first official event in 2011. As the energy industry continues to evolve, the organizing committee decided it was time for a visual update to match where the sector is heading.
“Since we hosted our first show in 2011, the energy landscape has changed completely,” said Megan Wakefield, Show Director and Executive Director of the Bonnyville & District Chamber of Commerce. “We wanted our brand to reflect the resilience and innovation of the businesses we work with every day. This new look respects our history in the Lakeland region but sets us up for the future.”
“The show has always been a vital economic driver and a huge point of pride for our community,” added Pauline De Leon, President of the Bonnyville & District Chamber of Commerce. “Updating our website and logo is just one way we are continuing to support the hard-working individuals and companies that power our local energy sector.”
The new logo keeps the region’s oil and gas roots front and centre but features a cleaner, modern design. The updated branding will begin rolling out across all marketing materials and signage immediately.
Along with the logo, our fully overhauled website is now live. It was built specifically to make life easier for both exhibitors and attendees. The streamlined site makes it much simpler to book a booth, register for tickets, check schedules and view floor plans. It is also fully optimized for mobile phones, so attendees can easily find what they need while walking the show floor.
