Vegreville – RCMP are looking for a man in a black Dodge Ram after a road rage incident near Vegreville ended with a collision and the driver of an SUV allegedly having his window smashed with a crowbar.
Vegreville RCMP responded at approximately 12:45 p.m. on Aug. 28 to Range Road 152, north of Township Road 522.
Police say a man driving a black Dodge Ram sped past an SUV before pulling in front of it and slamming on the brakes, causing a collision.
RCMP say the truck driver then got out, approached the SUV and broke the driver’s side window with a crowbar before fleeing the scene.
The driver and passenger in the SUV suffered minor injuries in the collision, and the vehicle was also damaged.
Police are now asking the public for help identifying the suspect vehicle.
RCMP describe the truck as a black Dodge Ram that appears to have a metal truck toolbox.
The investigation remains ongoing.
