Cold Lake RCMP have laid charges against two people following a drug trafficking investigation that led to a search warrant and multiple arrests inside a local home.
Search warrant executed in Cold Lake
On April 23, 2026, the RCMP’s General Investigations Section executed a search warrant at a residence near 8 Street and 10 Avenue in Cold Lake.
Inside the home, police arrested several individuals and seized a quantity of suspected cocaine, multiple firearms, and other items believed to be connected to drug trafficking.
Two facing charges
A 43-year-old Cold Lake woman, Gwen Janvier, has been charged with trafficking in a controlled substance. She has been released and is scheduled to appear in Cold Lake court on May 20, 2026.
Jordan Pascal, 36, also of Cold Lake, is facing multiple charges, including possession for the purpose of trafficking, possession of a firearm while prohibited, unauthorized possession of a firearm, and careless storage of a firearm.
Pascal has been remanded into custody and is set to appear in Bonnyville court on April 28, 2026.
Investigation ongoing
