About the Role

We are looking for a Manager to work on industrial organic hemp cultivation projects in Canada. This is a full-time position and a highly practical, hands-on role that requires active involvement in field operations, coordination of service providers, and frequent travel between project locations. This position is ideal for a recent agriculture graduate who wants to gain real, international field experience and grow together with a developing project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect and oversee agricultural land and assess soil conditions
  • Determine fertilizer needs and basic agronomic requirements for organic farming
  • Coordinate agricultural service providers (machinery rental, seeding, harvesting, etc.)
  • Ensure all field operations follow approved agronomic practices
  • Travel frequently between fields, farms, and contractors
  • Support planning and execution of hemp cultivation activities

Requirements

  • Degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Crop Science, or a related field
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to work hands-on in field conditions
  • Practical, problem-solving mindset
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Basic coordination and organizational skills
  • Working proficiency in English
  • Valid driver’s license
